How to obtain your tracking No.:
1.Unpacking the product, you will find an exclusive QR code on the inner box.
2. Doctors/medical assistants can subscribe Wanhe’s official account, click on "Scan" to scan the QR code on the top of the inner box of the product and fill in the serial ID.
(Note: If the system shows that QR code is unregistered, please register first)
3. Fill in the information as required, confirm it is correct and click on "submit".
4. Wanhe customer service team will review the data. The review will be completed within 1-2 working days, and you will be informed of the verification and login information by SMS.
5. Patients will can access the product verification info in our system, and can login to this page for verification through serial number.
